WOW. Did WoW2023 WOW Or What!

It's our 3rd instalment of celebrating women and all the things we love and hold dear. And this year's theme #FeedWithLove is one that is very close to all our hearts. 

Food is big theme in our families, both at home and at work (which is almost a second home for most of us) – and for most parts, our families, friends and loved ones are always gathered around food. Whether we tapau the food, order and Grab them in or whether we cook our meals, food is always enjoyed with love. 

This year, we wanted to talk about being able to grow and eat sustainably, healthily. What with the pandemic just making its way slowly out of our lives (or rather becoming an endemic), we have come to realise that being able to provide for ourselves is more important than ever before. 

We worked and planned to bring in partners who would be able to support the theme. From Arktivate & JAH Cultura, to Littlebotany & Little Big Garden, Cheryl Miles & Geri from My Little NoNNa's, JG Fitness & Yummy Mummy – we put together a programme that took you on a journey of keeping fit, growing food, harvesting, cooking, and decorating. 

When we adopted Daughters of Tomorrow as our charity for the year, we made a realisation that eating sustainably and healthily, is a privilege that not all of us in Singapore can do. And our topic for our panel discussion was born. We wanted to raise awareness and begin a conversation on how, we as a community can make a difference to the people living among us, who do not have our privilege. 

This year will be one about growing and eating sustainably, healthily – and we want to make sure everyone we know (& beyond) gets to #FeedWithLove
